Finding Good Advice

I am studying IT in the UK and working on a networking task. I searched for an IT assignment expert UK because I was looking for guidance, but I am unsure what kind of help would actually be useful. I mainly need someone to explain topics I do not understand and give feedback on my approach. Should I ask my teacher first, use course forums, or look for study resources online? What has helped you most with difficult IT topics?
